We are looking for a holiday hotel with 2 M / F valet service in Crique- JIjel. Your tasks: - Cleaning and maintenance of rooms, bathrooms, maintenance of the common areas of the floors. - Change of bed linen - Make the dust - you can take part in the breakfast service as well as the cleaning and care of the laundry at least one year of experience in this type of position and have previously worked in the hospitality industry. You have a similar experience. You are motivated and can be on your feet all day. Opening times: 8.30 a.m. to 4 p.m. (variable according to schedule) for a week from 45h00. We are looking for a receptionist in a hotel residence in Crique-Jijel (20 rooms, 2 apartments, villa). Your tasks: - Ensure that customers are received during their stay - Take care of the formalities upon arrival and departure of customers (registration, check in / out, closing notes ...) - take care of the switchboard and secretariat - ensure the taking and follow-up of reservations, information of customers (rentals, prices ...) - space reservations, room occupancy. You are the guarantor of good administration, daily debt collection, invoicing of services, taking notes and deferring payments ... - bodies You ensure customer satisfaction, always be available and attentive to the customer - mastery of the ResiGo software - ensure a pleasant stay in our house.
